Well hello... SURPRISE!

Well yesterday was just fantastic! I got home from Hawaii Wednesday night at about 3 am and things were just great being with my mom and dad. We left St. George at about noon to come down to Sandy to start cleaning out my house so they can sale it. The drive seemed so long for some reason but it was ok. Jason was texting me more than he usually does and I just felt like something was up... When we got to Sandy I was pacing the floor telling my mom that I just knew he was here and that I could feel it coming. She just laughed at me and told me not to get my hopes up and to calm down! Ashley also told me that I needed to think realistically and see that Jason was probably just in Paul watching sports center! Oh brother... Well at about 5 someone knocked on the door and I JUST KNEW IT WAS HIM... I opened the door and sure enough there was Jason Layne Harper standing there in all of his glory :) after a big hug and talking with his parents (which drove him all the way to Utah just for him to see me... LOVE THEM!) and my mom and dad Jase took me to the Jazz game. All night I kept leaning over and poking him and saying "I just can't believe you're real!" Things are crazy normal between us and I feel like I saw him yesterday. Life is good kids life is GOOOOD!
Sorry for the blah blah blah LOVE stuff but I am just too happy not to share!
P.S. Shout out to Mom and Ash they both knew the entire time! What good secret keepers :)

We were SOO CLOSE!

Mixed Emotions...

Doing this today made me experience every emotion in the book...
From SUPER excited to come home
TO NOT HAPPY TO LEAVE
And every other emotion in between!

I am going to miss so many things about this place...
Here are just a few

1. Waking up and the first thing I see out my window is the ocean
2. THE BEACH
 3. Swimming in the mornings with Meg in the ocean
4. Snowies
 5. THE BUS... never thought I would say that one!
 6. The warm weather
7. How green and pretty it is
8. Never having to wear pants... even if it is raining and so called cold (70˚F) outside! (did I mention how much I am dreading wearing them everyday when I go home?!)
9. My swimsuit being an acceptable outfit in public
10. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean outside my window

At the same time though I am so excited to go home and see these guys...
I wish it was all of them but the majority I will get to see soon enough!
These two are high on my list... they just crack me right up!
Yep these guys too...
Oh and him too!

There are so many more people that I am excited to see but this post would end up being 100 pages long so I will just stop there and know if you are reading this I am excited to see YOU!

THE END OF AN ERA....

Let Us Be Men

As I was getting ready for church this morning I was watching some Mormon Messages on youtube and I came across this one... As my eyes filled up with tears listening to the story of his father's love for his mother I thought of the love my dad has for my mom. He is an amazing man that would do anything to see her smile and for that I look up to him so much. I love him and consider him one of my very best friends. Thanks for being the greatest example of a man in my life daddy!

Coming to an end...

This weekend we went into town to have one last hooray before Alls leaves on Sunday... We went to Cheesecake Factory and waited for an hour and 10 minutes for our table! BUT it was SO worth it! We had live acoustic guitar entertainment that was off the charts and we got the most delicious piece of reeses cheesecake... and guess what?! When our waiter brought us our bill he said that he had accidentally charged the table next to us for our piece so it was FREEEEE! CARMA KIDS... That's all I gotta say!

We seriously can't go anywhere without a pigeon close behind us....

This dessert right here is LIFE CHANGING!

These pictures right here are what we like to call GROSS.. yes yes that is what we call it! We run our fan nonstop here and today Allie turned it off the clean it and this is what we found! BLAH.... Where does all of that yuck come from?

I get really sad when I think about not being here with these amazing girls... taking one day at time and living the absolute dream! They have truly become some of my best friends these past 3 months! I will miss them SO much... It has been a heck of a ride and will be something I remember for the rest of my life for sure! Thanks for the memories girls :)

MOST BESTEST DAY EVER... seriously though top 10!

Today was just one of those days that you feel like you could fly or something! I know weird but really everything went perfect ALL DAY... The buses were freaky on time, we got places in record time, (except one bus but come on we don't live in a perfect world!) we climbed Diamond Head in Waikiki, got yogurtland, and I came home to a phone call from Mr. Jason Layne Harper himself! PS he is amazing and not weird in the slightest.. I just love him! I am one blessed girl that is so happy that I have had the chance to live here and see so many pretty things and go so many amazing places...

Playing Catchup...

I am sorry I have been a slacker pants the past couple of days but there hasn't been anything fantastic that has happened lately so I figured I would gather the events from this and last week and do a catch up post... So here we go!

This would be rubber band man (name came from the rubber band he kept playing with).. he was 50 something and was a total creeper that was telling us all about his 16 year old girlfriend! He was a little nutty to say the least.. it's quite a riot what some people will share with you!
Waikiki Beach

The next pictures are from a night in Haleiwa at the bus stop.. Megan had this game where you say any word and then you have to make the first face that comes to mind... Don't judge we were desperate for entertainment!

This picture is dedicated to the sweet guy at Turtle Bay that loves his job more than life! Every time he opens the gate for the bus he gives the bus driver the most enthusiastic shocka I have ever seen... I just love him!
Now this little nasty here is just exactly what you see in the picture... as we were walking up to the bus stop Meg and I looked over and he was peeing on the garbage can.. ya in public.. ya with several people there other than us... and yes NOT COVERING HIMSELF! After doing his business he felt the need to take up the whole bench while striking this little pose for everyone! Oh how I will miss the bus... NOT!
Today we went to Kailua Beach for the day... It was so pretty and the water was ice blue! On the bus ride there I got pretty sad thinking about leaving this amazing place next week... BUT the future is looking pretty great and I am excited to go home and see what adventure will come next!

Bring on the rest of 2011... So far it's been one amazing ride :)
Tomorrow Tomorrow Tomorrow.... :)
